I'm Elvis, and I need a compassionate person to take care of me in my old age. I'm a 14 year old Chihuahua and I'm partially handicapped due to a back problem 7 years ago. I have a hard time standing up from a sitting position, my back legs don't follow properly and often wobble and I fall.
