I’m Benito, a smallish 1 year old mix.  I was found in the jungles of Playa del Carmen, but 

since arriving in Montreal, I’m learning what it means to live in a home and trust people. 

I can be a little unsure around new people at first, but once I warm up, my sweet, silly and playful personality shines through.

I love playing with other dogs! Because of my young age and playful energy, I may be a bit much for some older dogs but I  really just want a buddy to play with.

I’m still adjusting to new surroundings and can sometimes get a little scared when things feel unfamiliar. 

With patience and encouragement, I will continue to grow more confident every day.
