Despite our differences Sophie & Rick, I am sorry to see that you are having trouble w/ Tyson. At the very least, the dog doesn’t deserve that! I used to love Montreal, but now it’s beginning to disgust me. It’s such ashame too, because the city is so beautiful.
I wish you the best of luck with him … after all you have done to help QC’s dogs, the city should be ashamed of what they are doing to you! I’m not sure what their laws are, but if they are anything like the States, you should counter-sue their ass off for emotional distress if you win the appeal.
