You’re a fraud if you report on the Wicca case without mentioning that she was killed and accused without proof. The media’s job is to inform, not create hysteria with misinformation. The Justice system failed Wicca, as is the media coverage.

When news & politics clash with impartiality it’s time to say goodbye.

The city’s lawyer that fought so hard to kill Wicca, the 5 year old Pitbull deemed dangerous and killed for scratching a lady is now running as a political candidate for the CAQ. Simon Jolin-Barrette wrote his thesis on constitutional law, however he vigorously defended the municipal by-law that killed Wicca on the basis that someones constitutional rights are not valid if the property is assumed dangerous and at that without proof.

L’avocat de la ville qui s’est tant battu pour tuer Wicca, le Pitbull de 5 ans jugé dangereux et tués pour avoir érafler une dame est maintenant un candidat politique pour le CAQ. Simon Jolin-Barrette a écrit sa thèse sur le droit constitutionnel, mais il a vigoureusement défendu le règlement municipal qui a tué Wicca sur le fait que les droits constitutionnels ne sont pas valides si la propriété est présumé dangereux pour la sécurité du public et l’tout sans preuve.

The City sees its citizens as a bunch of morons.

Speaking to Martine Painchaud, a spokesperson for the city, La Presse reports that now, if an animal is declared dangerous by a borough, the immediate sentence is death. The owner has 24 hours, in which they can hire an expert of their choosing to contest the sentence.

The flyers for the demonstration, as well as a statement posted on the Montreal SPCA’s website both say the new bylaw would give a dog’s owner 24 hours to obtain an evaluation from an animal behaviorist in order to appeal the decision to euthanize their dog. That claim was also refuted by Painchaud.

Si un chien constitue une nuisance, c’est la responsabilité de la Ville de protéger les citoyens contre cette nuisance», explique Martine Painchaud, attachée de presse à la Ville de Montréal.

La clause sur les animaux dangereux donnera donc 24 heures (au lieu de 48 heures actuellement) au propriétaire de l’animal, sans distinction de race, avant l’euthanasie si celui-ci «a porté atteinte à la sécurité d’une personne ou d’un animal». Il sera alors automatiquement déclaré animal dangereux par l’arrondissement. À partir de ce moment, la sentence sera l’euthanasie. «Si le propriétaire désire contester l’ordre d’euthanasie, il a 24 heures pour l’exprimer et s’engager à trouver un expert de son choix qui va ensuite échanger avec l’expert de la Ville», ajoute la porte-parole.

My name is Souris, and when I was given up (along with Valentine the Pug), my mom said I was tiny!!  When Sophie got there to pick me up, she saw a very pudgy Chihuahua/MinPin mix.  I should probably weigh about 10 lbs or so, right now I’m much more, but losing the pounds weekly!

I am a very sweet girl, 3 years old, and it seems I was the boss at my old house, here…. not so.  I am quite skittish, but absolutely no aggression.

I was trained on pee-pee pads so we’re working on learning outside and I’m learning pretty fast.

I would do well with pretty much any type of person or family, right now I am so insecure and scared of everyone, all I need is someone Alpha who will teach me to feel secure, independent and really enjoy all that life has to offer.  Can you be that person or family?Mon nom est Souris, et quand j’ai quitté mon foyer (avec Valentine la Pug), ma maitresse a dit que j’était toute petite!! Quand Sophie est arrivé pour me prendre, elle a vue une Chihuahua/Pinscher nain plutôt toutoune! Je devrais probablement peser environs 10 lbs , présentement je pèse bien plus, mais je perds les livres régulièrement!!

Je suis une très douce et gentille fille de 3 ans, et il semble que j’étais la “boss” chez nous, ici…. pas pareil. Je suis plutôt peureuse, mais absolument aucune agression.

J’ai été élevée avec des pipi-pads donc on travaille pour que j’apprenne a faire mes besoins dehors, et j’apprends très vite.

Je serais bien dans pas mal n’importe quel genre de personne ou famille, présentement je suis si insécure et craintive de tout le monde, tout ce dont j’ai besion est quelqu’un Alpha qui m’apprendra a me sentir en confiance, indépendante et vraiment profiter de tout ce que la vie à a offrir.

I’m Bronson, and was taken off deathrow from the SPCA Montreal, where they thought me “too intense”. And Pit Stop said I didn’t look “pit” enough and dark brindled pit mixes were not popular so they would not take me under their wing.  Thank God Sophie knew about me and took me out, as I truly am a wonderful dog.  I am a young male, just under 1 year old, with a big love for life. The guess is my mix is Boxer Pitbull of sorts. I do that butt wiggle thing that both breeds do so well, and I have a fabulous smile.  And let’s not forget my beautiful, round, brown eyes!  and wait, those kisses I LOVE to give too!  Let’s just say I’ll melt your heart.

I’m in terrific shape and I have a lot of energy. I need an active person or family because I’m no couch potato. Don’t get me wrong…..snuggling with you on the couch is my favorite thing in the world but us big boys need regular exercise of course.

I received some training and know several commands (in French) and hand commands. I’m a super bright pooch. To know me is to simply fall in love with me. I walk well with a halti but will be working more on walking well on a leash just because it’s the right thing to do!  I so much want to please my new family so I never end up tied to a tree and dumped again.

My ideal home would be one with experience and time to invest in my continued training. If you want a partner to go biking, jogging, roller-blading, then I’m the guy for you.  And a plus – I love other dogs! Kids would be great too, but I am a bit of a brute when I get excited, so no toddlers for me!

Je suis Bronson et j’ai été sauvé du chemin de la mort à la SPCA Montreal, ou ils me trouvaient “trop  intense”. Je suis un jeune mâle d’environs 1 an à peine, et avec un amour fou pour la vie. On devine que je suis un Boxer Pitbull croisé.  Je ne bat pas juste la queue, mais tout le train arrière comme ces deux races font si bien, et j’ai un sourire radiant. Et n’oublions pas mes beaux grands yeux bruns! Oh et attend, ces becs que j’ADORE donner,k disons que je vous ferez fondre le coeur!

Je suis en super forme et j’ai beaucoup d’énergie.  Je cherche une personne ou famille active, car je ne suis pas pantouflard. J’adore me coller sur le sofa avec mon humain,…. mais un gars comme moi ça a besoin d’exercise régulier naturellement.

J’ai recu un peu d’entrainement et je connais quelques commandement (en français) ainsi que quelques gestes.  Je suis un toutou super intelligent.  Me connaître est tout simplement tomber en amour avec moi. Je marche bien avec un Halti, mais je vais continuer de travailler sur la marche en laisse au pied, juste parce que c’est la chose à faire.  Je veux tellement plair à ma nouvelle famille afin de ne plus jamais me retrouver abandonné attaché à un arbre.

Mon foyer idéal serait un avec de l’expérience et du temps à investir pour continuer mon éducation. Si vous voulez un partenaire de bicyclette, jogging, patins a roue alignées, je suis le gars pour vous. Et un gros plus, j’aime les autres chiens! Et des enfants serait super aussi, mais je suis un peu brute quand je m’excite, donc pas d’enfant qui commence à marcher!  Je pourrais facilement les renverser!

My name is Spooky 2 but I’m certainly not too Spooky!  I’m actually a really cute and funky looking little guy.  I’m a 4 yr old male about 15 lbs and by the looks of me, a Dachshund mixed with some terrier.  I have black spots on my tongue so for all we know, I have some Chow Chow deep down somewhere! And I have some kind of a Mohawk on my back that just grows naturally.  So I’m a little guy with big love to give and a look to make everyone smile.

My dad was placed in a home and nobody in the family could take me in, so Sophie came to the rescue. My foster home has been helping me become a less anxious pooch and things are going very well as it was a little hard at first to adjust to this new life.

With a loving stable home, structure and regular exercise….I will be a happy boy. I’m cuddly, great with kids even newborns, not a mean bone in me.  I am great with other dogs, and cats too.  What else can you ask for in the perfect mate?  I have short legs, a long body, but I can go for quite a while.  If you want to take me for nice walks on Mount Royal, I will certainly follow you!Mon nom est Spooky 2 mais je ne suis certainement pas épeurant! Avec un foyer stable et plein d’amour, de structure et d’exercise réguler….  je serais un garçon super heureux. Je suis colleux, super avec les enfants même les nouveaux-nés, aucune méchanceté en moi. Je m’entend avec les autres chiens, et les chats aussi.  Que voulez-vous de plus du partenaire parfait? J’ai de petites pattes courtes, un corps allongé, mais je peux marcher pendant un bon bout. Si vous voulez m’emmener pour de longues promenades sur le Mont Royal, je vous suivrais volontier!

My name is Champion and my story is a sad one.  I’m a 5 yr old Maltese mix who was taken in by Sophie’s Dog Adoption just in time or the landlord was sending me to Berger Blanc.

You see, my mom was an elderly lady, not in the best of shape, but she did all she could for me. She sure took me out often for walks and loved me very much. She took me on the bus to go see Grandma, bought little treats and stuff when she could, but was on a low income and not well.  She spoiled me and fed me only soft food so my teeth need a good cleaning which hopefully I will get soon.

Long story short, she fell, fractured her skull and ended up in the hospital.  After three days, it was obvious she was not coming home and I was all alone.  It wasn’t long before the hospital decided she could no longer live alone and was going to be placed, never to return home.  So a good neighbor went to Sophie to ask that she take me in.

I don’t know any commands it seems but I’m no trouble-maker. I’m good with other dogs and cats, even birds, I lived with both a cat and a lovebird.  I’m a little  skittish at first with people when it comes to touching me especially. You need to give me a chance to get to know you first.

I was a lap dog and great company for my old mom. I sure miss my life with her but I’m hoping to find a new forever loving home for myself soon. I like a quiet home with a lot of love and stability.image

Mon nom est Champion et mon histoire est triste. Je suis un Bichon Maltais de 5 ans que Sophie’s Dog Adoption a pris juste à temps car le concierge de l’immeuble allait m’envoyer au Berger Blanc.

Vous voyez, ma mère était une dame âgée, pas très en forme, mais elle faisait tout ce qu’elle pouvait pour moi.

Elle me sortait souvent pour se promener et m’aimait énormément. Elle m’amenat en autobus pour voir GrandMaman, m’achetait des petites gâteries et babioles quand elle pouvait, mais elle vivait d’un maigre revenu et n’était pas en santé. Elle me gâtait et me donnait seulement de la nourriture molle, donc mes dents ont besoin d’un bon nettoyage que j’espère avoir bientôt.

Longue histoire courte, elle est tombée, fracturée son crâne et s’est ramassée à l’hôpital. Après 3 jours, il était évident qu’elle ne revenait pas à la maison et j’étais tout seul. Ça n’a pas été long pour que l’hôpital décide qu’elle ne pouvait plus vivre seule et allait être placée, pour ne jamais revenir à la maison. Donc une gentille voisine est allée voir Sophie pour lui demander de me prendre.

Je ne connais pas de commandes de base mais je ne suis pas un faiseur de troubles. Je m’entend bien avec les autres chiens et les chats, même les oiseaux, je vivais avec un chat et un inséparable. Je suis un peu craintif quand je rencontre quelqu’un la première fois, surtout s’ils veulent me toucher.  Vous devez me donner la chance de vous connaitre avant.

J’étais un chien qui adorait être sur les genoux et on se tenait compagnie moi et ma vieille maman. Je m’ennuie de ma vie avec elle mais j’espère trouver une nouvelle famille pour la vie, qui m’aimera pour la vie. Je cherche un foyer tranquille avec beaucoup d’amour et de stabilité.

I’m Valentine, a 3 1/2 year old female Pug with a winning personality. I’m very sweet and loving, house-trained, great with other dogs, cats and people of all ages.

I’m just a happy go lucky people pleaser who loves life. I rarely bark but I make the funniest noises you ever did hear. Being a Pug….it comes with my breed. Ha ha ha!Je suis Valentine, une femelle Pug de 3 ans 1/2 avec une personalite fantastique. Je suis tres aimante et gentille, propre, super avec les autres chiens, les chats et les gens de toute age.

J’aime plaire et je suis toujours de bonne humeur. Je jappe rarement mais je fais des petits bruits tellement comiques. Ca vient avec ma race. Ha ha ha!

My name is  Charlie and now that I am at Sophie’s Dog Adoption, I am known as Charlie 7. As you can see I have quite a popular name,  but obviously you can rename me with something more original. Us dogs, we learn so fast, you’ll be amazed.  In 2 days I’ll answer to a new name. I’m about 4 years old and love life. I hope to find a home where I will live way into my teens!

You see, I lived with a mom and dad, and 3 wonderful kids.  I also had a Pitbull sister and we all enjoyed life in a home with a yard, and just lots of love.  But mom got sick, very sick, and in the end mom and dad lost the house and dad and the kids had to move while mom was in the hospital.  It was sad for everyone, Sophie even felt really sad for my family.  She knew I would have a wonderful life to come, but it looked rather bleek for my old family. So I hope to find that same comfort with a new home.

I’m a very sweet boy with a lot of love to give. I got shaved for the hot summer months, as you can see on my photo, but when I arrived I had a beautiful curly coat.  I’m supposed to be a Yorkshire, but I weigh about 15 lbs and have poodly hair!  What Sophie calls a “doodle thing” .  You will see once my hair grows back, but I warn you, to keep it nice you have to brush and groom!

Adopt me and you will never regret making me a member of your family!  I will love you forever.

Mon nom est Charlie et maintenant que je suis chez Sophie’s Dog Adoption, je suis connu comme Charlie 7. Comme vous pouvez voir, j’ai un nom assez populaire mais évidemment vous pourrez me renommer avec un nom plus original.  Nous les chiens, on apprend si vite que vous serez émerveillé.  En 2 jours je répondrai à un nouveau nom. J’ai environs 4 ans et j’adore la vie.  J’espère trouver un foyer dans lequel je vivrais jusqu’a mes vieux jours!

Vous voyez, j’habitais avec une maman, un papa et 3 merveilleux enfants.  J’avais aussi une soeur Pitbull et nous profitions de la vie dans une maison avec une cour, et juste beaucoup d’amour. Mais maman est tombée malade, très malade, et au bout de la ligne maman et papa ont perdus la maison et papa et les enfants ont dû déménager pendant que maman était à l’hôpital. C’était triste pour tout le monde, Sophie se sentait très mal pour ma famille.  Elle savait que j’avais une vie merveilleuse à venir, mais ça semblait plutôt sombre pour ma famille. Donc j’espère trouver ce même confort dans un nouveau foyer.

Je suis un garçon très doux et gentil avec beaucoup d’amour à donner.  On m’a rasé  pour l’été, comme vous pouvez voir sur ma photo, mais quand je suis arrivé j’avais un superbe poil frisé.  Je suis supposé d’être un Yorkshire, mais je pèse 15 lbs et j’ai du poil de caniche!  Ce que Sophie apelle un ” doodle”. Vous verrez quand mon poil aura repoussé, mais je vous préviens, pour me garder beau il faut brosser et toiletter!

I was found as a stray back at the end of April 2012, in Pointe St-Charles, and nobody has come forward to claim me as their dog.

I was nicknamed Pudge by the people who found me and brought me to Sophie’s, and the name has stuck.  You see, I was a little pudgy, so I’ve been put on a diet and am doing wonderful.

I am a female, probably about 1-2 years old, very sweet and affectionate, friendly and playful, but don’t know anything other than asking for the door when I need to go to the bathroom (which is the most important thing to know!).  However, I will need some work still on walking on a leash, basic training and just knowing what is expected of me.

I am great with other dogs, cats and would love to be around kids.  I have a little separation anxiety right now but it is getting better, so I will need to remain structured in my new home in order not to regress.

If you think you want to give me a chance, as it is obvious I have been abandoned, please make sure it will be for life.J’ai été trouvée errante vers la fin avril 2012, à Pointe St-Charles, et personne ne s’est jamais manifesté pour dire que j’étais leur chienne.

Les gens qui m’ont trouvée et amenée chez Sophie’s Dog Adoption m’ont surnommé Pudge et le nom est resté. J’étais plutôt grassouillette en arrivant, donc on m’a mit immédiatement à la diète et ça va super bien.

Je suis une femelle d’environs 1 -2 ans, très douce et affecteuse, sociale et joueuse, mais ne connait rien d’autre que de demander la porte quand j’ai besoin d’aller aux toilettes (ce qui est la chose la plus importante à connaître). Par contre, je vais avoir besoin de travail sur la marche en laisse, les commandes de bases et simplement ce qu’on attend de moi.

Je m’entend bien avec les chiens et les chats, et aimerait bien avoir des enfants autour.  J’ai un petit peu d’anxiété de séparation mais ça s’améliore, donc j’aurais besoin de continuer à être structurée dans mon nouveau foyer afin de ne pas régresser.

So vous pensez vouloir me donner une chance, car il est évident que j’ai été abandonnée, svp assurez-vous que c’est pour la vie.

You’ll never guess where I came from?  Kuujjuarapik (way way up North)!  Yup, that’s right.  I was an outdoor dog who roamed the cold streets of Kuujjuarapik until someone finally decided to take me off the streets and bring me to Montreal in order to live as a regular house dog.

After all, I’m no Husky like the other dogs Sophie took from my town.  I am a shih-Tzu mix, barely 15 lbs…. and about 2 years old at the most.

Of course I was very matted, so now there’s not a whole lot of hair left on me, but I am still adorable.

I am very sociable, as even though I lived on the streets, I was fed by the whole town.  I love going up to people, I’m affectionate, but I am a bit of a runner.  I have escaped twice from a fenced-in yard, as I want to explore my new surroundings.  I love to go on walks, I could spend my days outside!

I am good with other dogs, not grumpy at all so kids should be fine if they are nice with me, and as far as cats, well… I just think they’re the cutest things!  I love them too.

I was found as a stray and just followed someone home.  So far, nobody seems to be looking for me, so I am now up for adoption.

I am possibly a puppymill dog, I was found quite neglected and look like I’ve had puppies in the past.  I had dreads in my hair. only my back had been shaved.

I am probably about 2 years old, very petite (approx, 5 lbs) but very sweet.  I am not a big barker, have learned to be clean in my crate and doing very well with going outside to do my business.

I am friendly, cute, and looking for someone who will love me for me, and not to make money with my puppies as I will no longer be able to have puppies.

I hope to find a home soon so I can make room for other strays, if it wasn’t for Sophie this season, at least 8 of us strays would have ended up at Berger Blanc!!!

I am Doobie, and I am a 5 year old Husky who has quite the story to tell.  I was originally adopted as a young pup from the SPCA, and for the last 5 years went from home to home via the internet.  Here we are now, and after being “rescued” by a so-called rescue group as a purebred Siberian Husky, it turns out I am an SPCA dog, microchipped and never neutered.  I was once again going up on the net as my last home didn’t want me anymore, so Sophie’s Dog Adoption took me in and finally had me neutered to end this craziness.

I am very friendly with other dogs, lived with a cat at least for a while, as well as with a 2 year old child.  I am sweet and affectionate, good to stay alone during the day, not a barker and enjoy life.

I am hoping to finally find a stable home where I can live the rest of my life and be spoiled, loved and most of all, wanted.

Je suis Doobie, et je suis un Husky de 5 ans avec toute une histoire à raconter.  J’ai été adopté étant chiot de la SPCA, et pendant les 5 dernières années me suit promené de famille en famille via l’internet.

Nous sommes maintenant dans le présent, et apràs avoir été “secouru” par un soit-disant groupe de secours, comme étant un Husky Sibérien pur race. En bout de ligne, je suis un chien de la SPCA, micropucé et jamais stérilisé.  J’allais encore une fois me ramasser sur l’internet car ma dernière famille ne voulais plus de moi. Donc Sophie’s Dog Adoption m’a pris et finalement j’ai été stériliser afin d’arrêter cette folie.

Je suis super gentil avec les autres chiens, ai vécu avec un chat au moins pour un temps, ainsi qu’avec un Jack Russel et un enfant de 2 ans. Je suis doux et affecteux, capable de rester seul le jour, pas jappeux et j’adore la vie.

J’espère enfin me trouver une famille stable dans laquelle je pourrais vivre le reste de mes jours et être gâté, aimé, et plus que tout, voulu.

I am Charlie (another one), now known as Charlie Chi.  I am barely a year old, a male Chihuahua, and already on my 3rd home.

I might have been hurt by kids, as I am really afraid of them.  So kids will not be for me, and men … hmmm not sure of them, even though my previous homes were both with men….

I will need a lot of patience and some work, so far I am not housetrained, so lots of positive reinforcement and patience will be needed.

I am pretty skittish around new people, that’s the Chihuahua…..but once I know you, I am a sweetheart.  Of course, I have a high-pitched little voice, but not extremely barky.

Will you be the one to give me my forever home for the next several years, maybe 20 if I’m lucky?  We live quite old, us little dogs, so think it through as I don’t want to be looking for a 4th home.  This has to be the right one, and the final one.Je suis Charlie (un autre), maintenant connu sous le nom de  Charlie Chi.  J’ai à peine un an, un Chihuahua mâle, et déjà je cherche une troisième famille.

J’ai peut-être été maltraité ou blessé par des enfants, car j’en ai une peur bleue. Donc les enfants ne seront par moi, et les homes…..hmmm pas sûr d’eux malgré que mes deux premiers foyers étaient avec des hommes….

Je vais avoir besoin de beaucoup de patience et un peu de travail, pour le moment je ne suis pas propre, donc beaucoup de renforcement positif, et de la patience seront nécessaires.

Je suis très timide envers les nouvelles personnes, ça c’est le  Chihuahua…. mais une fois que je vous connais, je suis un amour. Évidemment j’ai une petite voie aïgue, mais ne suis pas très jappeux.

Serez-vous celui ou celle qui me donnera mon foyer permanent pour les prochaines années, peu-être 20 si je suis chanceux?  Nous vivons pas mal vieux, nous les petits chiens, alors pensez-y avant car je ne veux pas être obligé un jour de me trouver une 4e famille. Celle-ci doit être la bonne, et la toute dernière.

I’m a Shih-Tzu of about 4 years old that was taking a walk on a beautiful Spring night on the water shore, at the end of the Island road near the Lachine canal. Like a castaway, I was looking to be saved and to finally be reunited with my family. Sadly no one appears to be looking for me.

My new name is Gilligan, and I hope to find a new family soon. I’m nice, I get along well with other dogs and I’m really quiet. However I needed to get a good grooming as I looked like I’ve spent the last 10 years living on an inhabited Island.

I am in a foster home with a family (teenage kids) and I have really taken to the husband, son and his friends.  I seem to be a “dude” kind of guy, I actually tend to be a little afraid of women.  So ideally, a nice retired gentleman would be wonderful for me, or a young active fellow even though I don’t really suit the image!  A gay man would be really cool too, so basically if the main person in my life is a man, I’ll be happy. Oh yeah, and in my foster home, there’s also a shih-tzu, 2 very young puppies and 2 cats.

I’m a quiet guy, not a whole lot of barking if it’s not necessary.  So think about it guys, I can become your very best pal – I just become mush around men!

Je suis un Shih-Tzu d’environs 4 ans qui prenait une marche une belle nuit de Printemps au bord de l’eau, au bout de la rue Island près du canal Lachine.  Comme un naufragé, je cherchais à être sauvé et enfin réuni avec ma famille.  Malheureusement personne ne semble me chercher.

Mon nouveau nom est Gilligan, et j’espère trouver une nouvelle famille bientôt.  Je suis gentil, je m’entend bien avec les autres chiens et je suis super tranquille. Par contre j’ai eu besoin d’un bon toilettage car j’avais l’air d’avoir passé les 10 dernières années sur une île inhabité.

Je suis dans une famille d’accueil avec des adolescents et j’ai tout de suite aimé le mari, le fils et ses amis.  Je semble être un gars de “gars”, j’ai même d’ailleurs un peu peur des femmes. Donc idéalement, un gentil monsieur retraité serait merveilleux pour moi, ou un jeune homme actif malgré que je ne suis pas vraiment à cette image!  Un homme gai serait super cool aussi, donc plus ou moins si la personne principale dans ma vie est un homme, je serais heureux. Oh oui, dans ma famille d’accueil il y a aussi un shih-tzu, 2 très jeunes chiots et 2 chats.

Je suis un gars tranquille, pas trop de jappage si ce n’est pas nécessaire.  Donc pensez-y les gars, je peux devenir votre meilleur ami – je suis au paradis avec les hommes!

I have been renamed Clayton (you don’t even want to know what I was originally called!!), and I am a 4 year old Shih-Tzu.  My story is kind of unusual, Sophie’s Dog Adoption got a call from a lady who had put an ad online asking for someone to give her a dog.  Some lady e-mailed her and said I was available, and I was super sweet.  I was brought to the new home, and the next day I bit someone as I was very nervous.  She called for me to be taken back , and was pretty much told  they didn’t want me back and to call Sophie’s Dog Adoption to surrender me….

So here I am, new name and new outlook on life.  I am a little skittish and shy, and a typical Shih-Tzu who doesn’t like quick movements nor people in my face.  However, despite my growling and showing teeth, I have not tried to bite anyone since I arrived.

My foster mom says I have a lot of potential to become a secure little fellow, but right now I am confused and nervous around new people and new things.

So I am looking for a calm and relaxed environment, ideally no kids, to be loved and taken care of for the rest of my life.  If you adopt me, I will be forever grateful.
